Hello all! Yesterday we participated in the K-9 3K benefiting the Wake County SPCA. Here are a few pictures of the event! Chewy was exhausted afterwards but she had a great time visiting with some old friends from her days in the Penn!! Thank you to those who gave money to this wonderful cause! We received great news from WACAP on Friday, a family was matched with a 5 month old baby girl. They waited 21 months! True, it is not a referral for us, however, it means that we are one step closer to our own referral day! Wonderful, wonderful news! It is a beautiful day to sit outdoors and read a book, I think I will put that on my to-do list today!
