Well, Happy Birthday to me! I can't believe I am 33 today! I had a delicious birthday dinner on Saturday night with my in-laws and my very favourite, banana pudding, for dessert! They spoiled me with gift cards to Barnes and Noble and the Teach-Me store I feel very loved today! But the most exciting thing of all is that Sally and Liz from Wallworkspaint.com are coming today to put the finishing touches on Baby Holt's bedroom!!! They are painting a few elephants along the base boards and some monkeys hanging from the door and window. I can't wait to see it and will be sure to post photos asap! His room is really coming to life now and I love to peek in every now and then. According to the timeline from our agency, we should not be expecting a referral until sometime between January and April of 2009, however, I have a strange feeling that we just may have our little monkey home before that. Let's hope so ...

Happy Birthday Old Lady! You are lucky to have people painting the room! We painted a beach scene in Harper's room for her.....
oh my gosh it must be nice to be talented!!! I'm sure that your kids could paint a better looking elephant than I ever could -it is money well spent!! ummm in reference to the old lady comment, I believe that you are older than me - old man!
I can't wait to see pix of the room!! This is very exciting :)
